For students & parents

Student Code of Conduct

Our academies bring together ambitious teenagers from over 70 countries. This simple code keeps everyone safe, respected and free to make the most of the experience. Last updated June 2026.

Respect for others

Treat every student, tutor and member of staff with kindness and respect, regardless of background, nationality, religion, gender or ability. Bullying, harassment, discrimination and any form of intimidation are never tolerated.

Safety first

Follow the reasonable instructions of staff at all times, stay within agreed boundaries, and never leave the campus or an excursion group without permission. Attend a roll call when asked.

Academic integrity

Engage fully, do your own work, and contribute positively to seminars and projects. The programme is built around participation — the more you put in, the more you take home.

Prohibited items & behaviour

Alcohol, smoking, vaping, illegal substances and weapons are strictly forbidden. Misuse of devices, inappropriate online behaviour, and leaving residences after curfew are serious breaches.

Looking after the community

Respect accommodation, facilities and the wider community. Students (or their families) are responsible for any wilful damage to property.

Consequences

Minor issues are handled supportively by our pastoral team. Serious or repeated breaches — particularly those affecting the safety of others — may result in dismissal without refund, with the parent or guardian responsible for any early-return costs. Please read this alongside our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
