The certificate students earn
Every student who completes a programme receives a personalised Certificate of Achievement. Seniors may also request a personalised Letter of Recommendation. Here is the design students take home.

Letter of acceptance & visa invitation
On enrolment we issue a formal invitation letter to support a UK Standard Visitor Visa application. A sample is shown below; your child's details are completed on the real letter.

Re: Letter of Acceptance & Invitation — [ Student Full Name ], Passport No. [ ……… ]
We are pleased to confirm that [ Student Full Name ] (date of birth [ …/…/… ]) has been accepted onto the [ Programme ] residential academy run by A World Academy, hosted at [ Campus ], London.
The programme runs from [ Start Date ] to [ End Date ]. The student will reside in supervised, single en-suite accommodation within the host university residence, with full board and 24/7 pastoral care provided throughout. All programme fees, accommodation and meals have been arranged directly with A World Academy.
This letter is provided to support an application for a UK Standard Visitor Visa. A World Academy is an independent education provider using university campus facilities under partnership agreement; we are not a department of the host university.

We provide bedding, all meals and every academic material — so students travel light. Here is what to bring for each season.
Summer academy
- Smart-casual clothing for daily sessions
- One smarter outfit for the graduation dinner
- Comfortable, broken-in walking shoes
- Light raincoat or umbrella (yes, even in July)
- Sun cream and sunglasses
- A couple of warm layers for cool evenings
- Reusable water bottle and small daypack
- Universal UK travel adapter (3-pin)
- Any medication, labelled and declared on the medical form
- Toiletries and a small first-aid kit
Winter academy
- A proper warm winter coat
- Gloves, hat and scarf
- Thermal/warm layers and jumpers
- Waterproof, warm footwear
- Smart outfit for the graduation dinner
- Umbrella and a compact daypack
- Reusable water bottle
- Universal UK travel adapter (3-pin)
- Any medication, labelled and declared on the medical form
- Toiletries and a small first-aid kit
Please leave large amounts of cash and irreplaceable valuables at home. International flights, travel insurance and UK visa costs are not included; travel insurance is required.
