For parents

The peace of mind to let them grow.

For many families this is the first time a child travels independently. Everything we do is built so a teenager can stretch themselves inside a genuinely safe perimeter.

Safeguarding first

A 24/7 pastoral team supervises every cohort. All staff are DBS-checked, and age-tiered ratios (1:6, 1:8, 1:10) mean no student is ever lost in the crowd.

Health & welfare

Medical details are collected at enrolment, a duty phone is always staffed, and our welfare team is trained to support homesickness and wellbeing.

Food & dietary care

All meals are provided with full support for halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan and any allergies — just tell us in the enrolment form.

Travel & transfers

A coach transfer from Heathrow is included on arrival and departure. We share a detailed travel briefing in the pre-arrival pack.

Visa support

On enrolment we issue a formal invitation letter to support a UK Standard Visitor Visa application.

On campus, supervised

Students live in single en-suite rooms within the host university residence, with staff on-site overnight.
